Lovers of Parisian Art Deco glamour and slick comedy were in for a treat for the opening night of Opera Queensland‘s production Graeme Murphy’s The Merry Widow at QPAC‘s Lyric Theatre on Friday 22 June. The audience enjoyed a special performance featuring a star-studded cast, silky ballroom gowns, and the intrigue of Parisian salons and cabarets. The Merry Widow will be playing until Saturday 30 June.
