Burger Project is giving away 500 free burgers, in honour of the most delicious day of the year, International Burger Day on Tuesday 28 May from 11am to 12pm. It will be a patty party and Burger Project’s new Classic Cheese will be hand-pressed, grilled, flipped, wrapped and passed out, free of charge, to the first 500 pairs of hands.
All stores, including Brisbane’s Edward Street store, are participating, with 50 free burgers up for grabs at each locations. Burger Project founder Neil Perry says there are no short cuts to creating a fabulous burger and customers would get the real deal at Burger Project stores on International Burger Day. “International Burger Day is synonymous with free burgers and good deals, but nowhere else will diners find a freebie built with such exceptional, premium produce” said Perry.
“Patties that are hand-formed on site daily, made with beef that is responsibly raised on pristine Tasmanian pastures and complemented by a small number of carefully selected and integral ingredients. Our new Classic Cheese is a more classic American style burger. This International Burger Day we will have our best burger builders armed and at the ready, so we do the humble burger proud on the most delicious day of the year.”
