I Can’t Believe It’s Vegan is a creatively written vegan cookbook, penned by one of the passionate supporters of the Australian based Charity Rob’s Dogs.  Rob’s Dogs began in 2013 and is a small hands-on charitable organisation.  The charity works closely with seven small animal welfare groups around the world and provides administration, marketing and fund-raising support.  Much of  its work focuses on vital neutering programs for street dogs, aiming to lower the number of unwanted puppies left on the street.

The e-book is packed with delicious plant based recipes, offering a balanced collection of home-cooked Australian favourites such as toad-in-the-hole, sausage rolls, pasties are some exotic counterparts such as lemon ‘chicken’, Mongolian ‘beef’ and some spicier Asian dishes.  Photographs aid the easy to follow instructions, allowing readers to embark easily on a vegan journey.

Rob’s Dogs also aim to raise and disperse funds to groups who rehabilitate sick and injured animals who have been abandoned.  The care provided includes emergency and ongoing  medical care. While Rob’s Dogs are passionate about working with rehabilitating and sterilising dogs, their work doesn’t stop there, aiming to relieve the suffering of all animals.  Believing that all animals lives matter, the charity are committed to promoting lifestyle and diet changes to reflect a broader, more compassionate existence for all humans.

Each copy of I Can’t Believe It’s Vegan sold can help to spay or neuter one animal, saving many lives from unnecessary suffering.
