Due to popular demand, Australian Geographic has announced that its Our Country cinematic experience, located in Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, has been extended, adding three full weeks to its schedule, with a new closing date of 7 May 2023.

We’re proud that so many Queenslanders have had the opportunity to experience the majesty of Australia, one of the most biologically diverse places on earth, right here in the heart of Brisbane. “There’s so much of Queensland scattered throughout the experience including K’gari, Carnarvon Gorge, the Great Barrier Reef, the Daintree Rainforest, and the Simpson Desert, right up to the Cape.

“It’s a truly memorable experience that not only provides you with a deeper connection to Australia, but also encourages you to explore and learn more about your own backyard.”

The exhibition is an intimate, first-of-its-kind multi-sensory 360-degree experience that will take you into the beating heart of Australia, shot by 25 cinematographers who completed at least 100,000 hours of fieldwork to add to the many, many layers of the experience.

“What has made Our Country a great success is there’s something for everyone in this show to connect with, and so many individual stories happening across the experience. We encourage anyone who is in Brisbane before the end of April to join Our Country on this 45 minute adventure of Australia,” said TEG Chief Executive Officer, Geoff Jones.

Australian Geographic: Our Country 360° Cinematic Experience will now run at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre until 7 May 2023. Tickets start at $34.90 for adults, $29.90 for concessions, $24.90 for kids and $99.90 for families. For full details, visit: ourcountry360.com.au.
