The Queensland Art Gallery welcomed guests for the Marion Taylor Opening Gala, a celebration of the opening of the 59th Brisbane Writers Festival on May 7. The festival was opened by Australian novelist and journalist, Robert Dessaix who hosted an event exploring and sharing his opinions on life’s deepest questions. The evening saw guest dress up for the gala to celebrate the 2021 Brisbane Writer’s Festival program.
