South Brisbane Greek restaurant Nostimo Restaurant and Bar welcomed the Brisbane community for a Dinner for Australia in support of the Australian bush fire relief on Saturday February 8. All profits from the evening went towards the Greek Orthodox Fire Appeal and Australian Red Cross and guests relished in a modern Mediterranean feast designed and presented by internationally renowned, Nostimo Chef in Residence David Tsirekas. Hosted by Restaurant Manager Kostas Manekas, guests were joined by special guest Assistant Commissioner Andrew Short QFES to enjoy live Greek music, a silent auction and raffle that saw attendees walking home with fine jewellery from Swarovski, private dining experiences and luxurious getaways.
