In what has been described as a ‘punchy and energised’ performance, the Queensland Symphony Orchestra performed the latest in its Maestro series Dreamscapes, at the QPAC Concert Hall on Saturday 13 April. ‘Firing on all cylinders’ under the direction of guest conductor Jaime Martin, the program featured Mythic by Australian Conductor, Elena Kats-Chernin, Hector Berlioz’s Symphonie Fantastique and Grammy-award winning Alessandro Carbonare on clarinet for the Copland Clarinet Concerto.
