Pradella has unveiled plans for an exclusive new riverside retreat at West End, fast-tracked in the wake of surging demand for luxury apartments.

The pre-release of Enclave West End, a boutique collection of new apartments, follows the  runaway success of Pradella’s most recent West End project, the landmark Montague Markets residential, shopping and dining precinct.

Located in a quiet pocket 50 metres from riverfront parkland adjoining Davies Park,  Enclave will comprise two residential towers as well as an array of resort-style amenities, including a wellness and fitness centre, rooftop “Eden”, orchard, lagoon pool, sun decks and lush subtropical outdoor entertainment spaces.

Pradella Sales and Marketing Director Lee-Anne Kielar said Enclave – conceived as a tranquil inner-city retreat – was  already generating strong interest from buyers who had missed out on Montague Markets. “Enclave is being fast-tracked to meet the exceptional demand for premium apartments in West End, which offers a convenient, well connected and low maintenance lifestyle close to the Brisbane River and key services,” she said. “Not only did both stages of Montague Markets sell out in quick succession, all apartments in the second stage – known as Ferry Residences – were snapped up in an incredible five months.
