Brisbane Festival: Symphony For Me

Many people have a favourite piece of orchestral music, maybe something heard as a child or linked with a big life event. In this free concert as part of Brisbane Festival, we will hear those personal stories and the music that’s part of them. On the night the members of the public who have been selected will be invited onto the stage to share the personal significance of the music they have chosen. Then, sitting next to the conductor, they’ll witness the full force and beauty of the Queensland Symphony Orchestra playing their selected music.
