After selling out in less than 10 minutes last year, this is set to be an incredible event as the Brisbane Ice Cream festival extends to operate across two days. Two completely new events have been added to the line up Up Late on Friday to celebrate all things booze and ice cream, and Chefs Playground, taking place on a Saturday evening, where four renowned Brisbane chefs will come together to create an eight course dining experience, all based around ice cream.
