James Turrell Set to Transform GOMA

International artist James Turrell‘s major architectural light installation will soon illuminate the eastern and southern facades of Brisbane’s Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA). Turrell’s ever-evolving pattern of intensifying and diffusing coloured light will be on display every night from dusk until midnight. Turrell’s work will realise the potential of GOMAs white box facade, and completes a major aspect of the architects’ original design intention.
