Chef Nic Wood is welcomed for One Night Only at Bacchus via QT Perth’s Santini Bar & Grill, WA’s Restaurant of the Year in 2019. The brainchild of Bacchus Head Chef Massimo Speroni, The One Night Only Series is intended to celebrate flavours from all over Australia, under the culinary direction of the chefs that have a passion in those areas.
