Opera Queensland Death Becomes Her

For Eva Kong each death scene she portrays on stage makes her feel more alive away from the spotlight. In this recital with pianist Alex Raineri, the soprano presents a program of songs and arias from works including Debussy’s Quatre Chansons de Jeunesse, Roméo et Juliette, Madama Butterfly and La traviata. Eva’s recital is the perfect prelude to seeing Eva play the Countess in Opera Queensland’s production of The Marriage of Figaro in July.
