They Came By The Sea

As part of their Siren Talk series, the Queensland Maritime Museum will be presenting a talk on Australian immigration. Titled They Came By The Sea, the talk will be led by Russell Twomey, a maritime historian based in Brisbane, who will be sharing stories about the sacrifices and hardships that immigrants faced upon arrival in Australia. Tickets will included light refreshments, morning tea, and museum admission.
