World Sleep Day

World Sleep Day aims to spread awareness of the benefits of good quality rest. The annual event aims to highlight the impact of poor sleep on premature aging and other health concerns. The World Sleep Society says seven to eight hours of sleep a day may be the answer to improve our future physical and mental health.
