The Medibank Feel Good Program at South bank until the end of May includes a series of free outdoor fitness classes, designed to encourage people to be active and improve their physical and mental well-being. From Pilates to Mini and Me to Yoga and beyond – the Medibank Feel Good Program runs for three months (Wednesday 1 March – Wednesday 31 May 2023) of free fitness and wellness classes.

Held amid South Bank’s vibrant parklands, all classes follow a unique theme each month – Energy in March, Flow in April and Balance in May. Mondays to Fridays feature fitness classes run by qualified instructors, while Saturday’s offering includes fitness and dance classes plus a series of lifestyle sessions – think water colouring, mindfulness, grow your own garden and more. From beginner to expert, all classes cater to all levels of fitness or experience and won’t cost you a cent.

Bookings are not required for most classes but please note that to manage capacity, some sessions do require pre-registration.
