The third annual Fish Lane Festival will return to South Brisbane’s most iconic lane way on Saturday 12 May, with Aria Property Group at the helm. The event will begin at midday with savoury bites, premium alcohol and live local Brisbane music with festival goers encouraged to explore the event until late, enjoying the music and modern artworks that this year’s festival has to offer.

Flavours added into this years mix include Five Sisters Cafe, Nom on Melbourne, 31 Degrees Custom Chocolates, Bird’s Nest Restaurant, and Kiss the Berry. The festival will include a wide range of drinks, beer from Colonial Brewing Co, wines by Innocent Bystander and Brown Brothers, as well as pop up cocktail bars, including Tanqueray Gin Garden and Pimms Caravan.

Aria Property Group’s Michael Zaicek says that Fish Lane has become more than a lane way, but has transformed South Brisbane into one of the city’s most popular food and cultural hubs. “This year’s festival is set to be our biggest yet – and whether you’re a foodie or a live music fan, there’s something here to enjoy,” said Michael.

New urban artworks will be showcased at the festival, including artworks from  Elizabeth Woods and Kevin Leong. Fish Lane extends from South to West End, between Cordelia Street and Grey Street. This year’s festival is presented by Colonial Brewing Co, The Fox Hotel and Aria Property Group and will be held on Saturday 12 May. The event is free and fully licensed. Minors are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
