Last Saturday, 21 April the Brisbane Powerhouse Theatre played host to the highly anticipated collaborative concert between the Queensland Symphony Orchestra and Brisbane’s own Kite String Tangle. The concert was put on as part of Wave Festival, which aimed to morph “modern sounds, technology and talent with the classical heritage and strength of the state’s orchestra.” The concert featured arrangements from The Cat Empire‘s Ross Irwin and delivered a fantastic experience for fans of his poignant electronic music.
