International culinary art and hospitality management educator Le Cordon Bleu launched its new institute in South Bank on Wednesday 18 April. In partnership with TAFE Queensland, Le Cordon aims to train the new generation of culinary and to meet high industry demand for qualified chefs and hospitality professionals.
