Budding lawyers were among guests who attended the Griffith University’s Integrity 20 Conversations event on 29 August with author and international lawyer Kimberley Motley at the State Library of Queensland. Kimberley was joined by ABC Radio National’s The Law Report host Damien Carrick, to discuss her latest book – Lawless – and to share insights into her work on some of the most harrowing legal cases around the world, mainly in the US and Afghanistan. Kimberley’s appearance comes just weeks ahead of the Integrity 20 public conference which aims to inspire debate around our greatest social, moral and political challenges.
