Mexican fans in West End will rejoice at the launch of the new menu at wholefood cafe Miss Bliss, inspired by the flavour-filled cuisine.
Head Chef Scarlett Nunns says this seasons menu, is one of her favourites to date, with many exciting flavours to choose from, it was a really exciting time curating the menu. “I had been thinking about this menu since we created the last, Mexican is such a delicious cuisine and I am so excited to have an excuse to add avocado to nearly every dish,” said Scarlett. “During menu testing it was extremely difficult to pick between the Mexican classics, but I think this menu brings you the best of the best, with tacos, guacamole and spiced chocolate.”
Highlights of the new spring menu include vegan tacos with pulled jackfruit, roast corn and avocado, a herbivore burger topped with sweet potato hummus and guacamole, and french toast with spice mexican chocolate mousse. Miss Bliss also features a kids menu of soilders with soft boiled eggs, and mini bircher with fresh fruit.
Miss Bliss boasts no deep frying, no refined sugar and meals free from additives and artificial ingredients, as well as an extensive vegan and gluten free range.
