A celebration of theatre, arts and culinary delights was held to mark the launch of Novotel Brisbane South Bank on Thursday 7 June. Chefs tantalised tastebuds with an interactive dining experience at Spice Central Kitchen & Bar. The launch event will also offered roving entertainment, with live artist performances and musicians from the Queensland Symphony Orchestra.
