Burger Urge unveiled its new Nutritious Delicious menu on Monday 18 February, including one of Australia’s healthiest ranges of gourmet burgers.

Burger Urge Co-Founder Sean Carthew said Burger Urge’s new burgers are some of the lowest calorie burgers on the market. “This year is going to be a turning point for Burger Urge. The world is changing, and the way people consume food is changing with it. We want to set standards within the industry regarding providence and sustainability, and it starts now with our new Nutritious Delicious menu,” Sean said.

Nutritious Delicious is the work of new award-winning Head Chef Joel Chrystal who is serious about serving wholesome and nourishing burgers in line with the principles of a ‘Good Food Revolution’, unlike other calorific offenders who purport to serve healthy burgers. “This menu has been developed to show that nutritious can also be delicious. Operators such as Grill’d claim to be ‘healthy’ but it’s not entirely true. There is a new title-holder for Australia’s healthiest gourmet burgers,” Joel said.

Burger Urge’s new Nutritious Delicious menu will be available in all 27 restaurants across Queensland and New South Wales, including the chain’s newest grill now open in Dubbo. “It’s great for us to finally come to Dubbo after wanting to open in the Western Plains area for a long time. I visited Dubbo several times on family holidays as a child and so I have very fond memories of the region,” Sean said.

Burger Urge’s existing menu favourites, including its range of 100 per cent Australian Angus beef and RSPCA-approved fried chicken burgers and snackable sides, will remain.
