The Bromley Room at West Village held its final event last Friday before its hibernation’ – a glamorous PorkStar celebrity chef event on 30 April. During the event, a collaborative menu delivered by chefs attracted more than 100 attendees to the historic Peters Ice Cream factory. Richard Ousby, Ben O’Donoghue, Cameron Matthews and Ben Williamson united to serve up a pork feast in the gallery space, where art by acclaimed Australian artist, David Bromley was displayed.
