Montague Markets & Residences at West End has proved a hit with buyers, who have snapped up more than 75 per cent of apartments in only five months, according to developer Pradella, who says the second stage will be fast tracked to meet demand.
Construction of the new residential, shopping and dining precinct is well advanced with the first stage on track to open in September 2020. The Stage 2 release will be known as Ferry Residences. Montague Residences’ first display apartments opened last month for private inspection, allowing customers an opportunity to experience up close the premium quality, world-class contemporary design.
Stage 1 of the landmark project, which is the crowning glory of Pradella’s visionary $1 billion Riverside West End community, features 89 luxurious one, two and three-bedroom apartments, along with alfresco dining and a vibrant landscaped public plaza.
Montague Markets will have a new full-line 3400sqm Woolworths supermarket – the first for West End – a BWS and around 15 specialty retailers, including popular Bou’s for Men barber shop, Tigerlamb hair salon, Ollie and Lloyd homewares and restaurants Fat Dumpling and Wara Sushi.
