Brisbane’s emerging creative talents will be unleashed at the MET nightclub in Fortitude Valley on Thursday 28 March. More than 50 creatives across the fields of photography, visual art, music, fashion, and performing arts will present to a packed house for RAW Artist’s new show Impact.

A global organisation dedicated to serving independent artists in their careers, this is one of the many showcases RAW puts on during the calendar year. The international team works to produce each local eclectic showcase in 70 cities around the globe. Every showcase event is a snapshot of the creative culture of the area. Director Kristen Wehlow says each show is different to the last. “Impact is the much-anticipated follow-up show to our opening 2019 showcase Reflect, held across the country earlier this year. It’s a different Beast with a multitude of many never before seen artists showcasing work that is both cutting edge and a reflection of each city’s unique cultural experience.”

This blockbuster one-night-only event will feature a pop-up art gallery, live musical performances, and a runway fashion finale that is said to thrill the audience. “The curatorial team have done an incredible job in putting together what we believe is a thrilling snapshot of the future of visual art, music, fashion and performance in the country. We can’t wait to share IMPACT with you.”
