A host of A-list foodie names will entertain and educate food lovers when Regional Flavours returns to South Bank Parklands next month.

The chefs behind big name restaurants Otto, Paper Daisy, Stanley, Agnes, Golden Pig, Rosmarino and newcomer, Essa, will take to the Regional Flavours stage along with Masterchef alum Georgia Barnes, Khanh Ong, Courtney Roulston and celebrity chefs Miguel Maestre, Peter Kuruvita and Alastair McLeod in a massive line up of some of the country’s bestloved cooks.

Regional Flavours is a weekend-long festival dedicated to the best of the best local and Australian producers and foodies with a thrilling mix of market stalls, immersive experiences, esteemed chefs and restaurateurs in live demonstrations and masterclasses all on offer under this year’s theme, The Ultimate Grazing Table. A selection of farmers, graziers, growers, winemakers, brewers, distillers, and artisan producers from around Australia will showcase their wares at the market section of Regional Flavours while demonstrations from classic Italian and Chinese to wine and cheese pairings, a Gin Lovers experience and farm to fork sustainability will be presented across three stages.

One of the many highlights of the event is sure to be the native cooking demonstration from Dale Chapman. A bush tucker pioneer and award-winning slow food chef, Dale’s extensive culinary experience and knowledge has seen her teach and promote Bush Tucker in culinary capitals of France, Italy and Japan. Live music and DJ sets will also be happening across three venues while Kids Collective will get the young ones interested on taking a sustainable food journey from an early age.

Regional Flavours takes place at South Bank, Brisbane’s premier lifestyle and cultural destination, located on the southern banks of the Brisbane River. With almost 15 hectares of lush parklands, world-class eateries, and stunning river views it’s the ideal location to host Regional Flavours. Regional Flavours is produced by South Bank Parklands, Brisbane City Council and supported by Major Partners eatSouthBank and Channel 10.
