Rowing Qld celebrated International Women’s Day on 8 March 2020 with an early morning row out of the River City Sheds at Yeronga, followed by a champagne and barbecue breakfast.  The women, aged between 15 and 70, raised money for drought effected Regional Qld. A panel was held after the row with women from the bush who are rowers but can’t row because there is no water. A psychologist also spoke about the mental health issues that lack of regular exercise can bring.
