Reality television series XVenture Family Challenge is now giving a young songwriter the opportunity to have an original song featured in the internationally broadcast series.

In this competition, all budding musicians and aspiring songwriters aged 11 to 18 in Australia and New Zealand are being challenged to remix the XVenture Family Challenge theme song Treasure by Edens March to create their own version. The original composer of Treasure and the XVenture team will be the adjudicators to choose the winning song from the many submitted compositions.

This competition will be an invaluable opportunity for all enthusiastic and talented songwriters as the lucky winner will win a trip to Auckland to record their very own track. They will have access to a professional sound studio for a full day alongside Ben Malone, an experienced sound engineer, musician and songwriter from New Zealand. Ben has been creating, writing and recording music for the past 15 years. Working with some of the industry’s biggest names, he is passionate about working with artists to help bring their vision to life.

The XVenture Family Challenge is an energy-filled show designed to educate, demonstrate the importance of family and challenge intertwining parent-to-child, parent-to-parent and child-to-child relationships. Its second season will put the strength of 16 Aussie and Kiwi family units to the ultimate test in a series of mental and physical challenges.
