Queensland Property company, Stockwell, has acquired 8 Bailey Street, West End, Queensland. The property has been sold to Stockwell by an interstate investor who has owned the property since the mid 1980’s.
The Bailey Street property is 2347sqm and has three street frontages to Bailey Street, Kurilpa Street and Tondara Lane. The site has been acquired for future development.
