Stokebar Q has opened its doors on River Quay in South Bank on Thursday 13 September. The riverfront restaurant’s million-dollar transformation was redesigned by Alexander Lotersztain of Derlot, increasing seating, booths, intimate spaces and a private lounge. Stokebar Q’s Library of Libations cocktail menu showcases distinctly Queensland drinks such as Goodwill RisingandThe Diamantina along with 20 clever palate pleasers from the Stokebar Q’s Fork & Hand menu. More than 200 guests celebrated with a selection of palate pleasers from the new menu, signature Q cocktails and beats by DJ KLP.
