Not Like Me

Space Bird Media’s Danielle Hastie‘s short film Not Like Me will premiere at New Farm Cinemas. This 10 minute short film is about a 12-year old boy who becomes obsessed with fruit and vegetable carving to escape memories of family violence. The story is about the effects of domestic violence on kids, in a way that is offbeat. Not Like Me is a hopeful look at dealing with the monsters and finding good role models who help us navigate a path to happiness.
