If you are hunting for new music to listen to while you stay home and self isolate, check out the latest EP by Gold Coast band, The Goldhearts, titled Be Strong, Be Brave, Be Bold.

Featuring members from the beloved 1990s Brisbane indie band Dream Poppies, the new Goldhearts EP contains five tracks and their latest single, Road to Roam. Produced by Govinda Doyle (Angus and Julia Stone), Be Strong, Be Brave, Be Bold is another electrifying addition to their band member’s collective discography, which dates back more than 20 years.

If you enjoy contemporary indie rock, blistering 90s hooks and a little punk rock, look no further than Be Strong, Be Brave, Be Bold and you will be thrown into a modern sound that boasts the perfect amount of grungy indie mixed with coastal pop. While its epic tracks will get you up and dancing in no time, the EP also celebrates the overcoming of challenges that the band has faced as individuals and as women who write and play music. And, do not forget to check out their 2016 debut album, The Rise And Fall Of The Goldhearts, which not only received some quality airtime across Australia, but also internationally on Alternative radio stations in countries such as Japan, France, Spain, Peru, The Netherlands and North America – even placing on the Friday Morning Quarterback Charts (FMQC).

With singer Margy Joughin’s voice flowing effortlessly with the signature sounds of guitarist Tracey Kick, bassist Daren Williams and drummer Claire Harris, Be Strong, Be Brave, Be Bold is not one to miss.
