The latest business to open in West End’s West Village is Workspace365. The state-of-the-art premises officially opened on 1st March and is the fourth location in Brisbane for local operator Debra Fallon.

“We are absolutely thrilled with our property in the heart of West End. The interior fit out is fantastic and the location is second to none. Nestled in the centre of the historic Peter’s Ice Cream Factory Heritage Village sustainability has been a key focus with features such as on-site energy generation, recycling water systems and zero percent waste targets.

“Added to that, we are surrounded by a hectare of gardens and open heritage laneways housing bars, restaurants and much, much more,” Ms Fallon said.

“We offer SME’s and sole business operators the convenience of premium flexible office workspace whether it be private offices, a co-working desk or day office without the long-term commitment which often goes with office space. Meeting and boardrooms with the latest AV equipment are also available,” she said.

“We looked at setting up in other locations in the vicinity as well as other Brisbane inner city areas but when this site came it there was no hesitation. We jumped on the opportunity. We are so excited to be part of this truly integrated community which blends inner city working with a vibrant urban background.”
