After a washed out initial launch, Chrysalis Projects community art based alliance project YOUR INNER CIRCLES was finally launched in West End on Tuesday 30 November. Initiated by Chrysalis Projects placemakers Carmel Haugh and Bec Mac to assist in creating safe spaces around Brisbane for women and children who are subjected to gender-based violence. With special guests from ZONTA Clubs around Brisbane, Opera Queensland, Deb Suckling, Vulcana Women’s Circus, Love TV and Aphrodite of Love hosting the evening from her clam..the event was a perfect start to what is an important community movement for Brisbane.
