Eat Veggie Kitchen a vegan and vegetarian ready-to-eat meal delivery service is bringing delightful, freshly prepared meals to Brisbane. Their meal range packed using environmentally conscious containers promises an easy solution for vegans and vegetarians wanting fresh, convenient and healthy dinner options.

Eat Veggie Kitchen offers a new set menu each Monday to Thursday thoughtfully curated by their chef, with different meals selected for each day. The team ensures its customers enjoy the freshest hand made meals with all meals prepared and cooked on site at its Paddington location. The company’s founder Jessica Demichelis, says her decision to launch Eat Veggie Kitchen was due to the lack of dedicated vegan and vegetarian food options in Brisbane. “Over the past couple of years I have struggled to find variety in Brisbane’s vegan and vegetarian food scene, be it restaurants or ready-to-eat meals, there really just wasn’t that much around that excited me. When I spoke to friends and family who are vegan or vegetarian many said the same thing. I see a great opportunity to cater to the growing number of vegans and vegetarians in Brisbane, offering them a variety of healthy, wholesome, tasty meals, affordably delivered to their homes.”

Eat Veggie Kitchen’s offering includes packages for one or two people, with a variety of meals such as winter stir-fry with panko bread crumbed tofu, roasted tomatoes stuffed with fresh herbs, goats cheese, capers, kalamata olives and panko breadcrumbs, spinach and chickpea korma, sweet corn chowder and sweet and spicy tofu with basmati rice.  Jessica says this is the perfect solution for Vegans or Vegetarians that are strapped for time but still want to enjoy healthy and delicious meals with the convenience of  a home delivery service that can be ordered online.
