Coffee Head Co. is launching its bar this month featuring independent, Australian, small-batch distilleries as well as a mix of local craft brews.

Coffee Head’s wine list features Australian winemakers which will include a diverse mix of quality organic, biodynamic, minimal intervention, and experimental wines. The bar will also have top-shelf Pisco on the menu.

A limited list of cocktails using only the best Australian spirits will be on rotation as well as one cocktail featuring Pisco. Their signature cocktail will be our Espresso Martini made with freshly extracted organic espresso. Our menu is designed to be rotated, featuring different Australian makers throughout the year.

A tapas-style menu will be available as well as a more substantial Burger menu using only the best ingredients and ethically sourced free-range meats. Their the licenced area will also include our laneway which is full of plants and fairy lights. The ambiance will be relaxed with black tables/walls, dim lighting and candles. Coffee Head will transition from café to bar at 5pm serving until midnight Saturdays with a plan to move to 5 pm to midnight on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
