The Queensland Symphony Orchestra presented the latest in its series of live movie experiences, Star Wars: Return of the Jedi at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on Saturday February 15. Audience members experienced the legendary 1983 film on the big screen whilst John Williams’ iconic soundtrack was played live by the QSO, conducted by Nicholas Buc. Movie buffs can look forward to the Queensland Symphony Orchestra’s next movie-themed concerts, Cinematic, on May 9, featuring films’ most powerful war themes and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix Special Event on August 1.
