European home appliance manufacturer Beko has launched its Eat Like A Pro campaign to inspire healthy habits in Australian households, ensuring kids are fueled with the right nutrients so they can perform to the best of their ability. Beko’s Head of Healthy Eating John Brown shares his top five Eat Like A Pro recipes that will allow all children to become a pro in the kitchen.
Caprese Avocado Bagel
- 200 grams cherry tomatoes
- 200 grams mozzarella
- 30 grams fresh basil
- 30 mL olive oil
- 1 egg
- Avocado puree
- Combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, salt, pepper and olive oil to make the caprese mix.
- Fry the egg until the white is cooked.
- Spread avocado on the toast, add the egg then one quarter of the caprese mix and voila!
